Abstract: A diaper and related accessories bag incorporating pocketbook features. The inside of the diaper bag has a plurality of convenient storage compartments for baby care items such as bottles, baby wipes, etc. One aspect of the present device is that it can be easily and quickly opened with one free hand, thus allowing access to the convenient storage compartments for baby care items while the other hand is left free for other purposes. A handle capable of being worn over an arm and on one shoulder is provided. The side edges of the bag are secured by hook and loop fastening means. One or more additional compartments and separate pouch(es) may be provided to the outside panels.
