A bridge electrode is prevented from being viewed by the eyes of a user by removing the bridge electrode from the touch panel. The touch panel is constructed in a simpler structure, so that the production cost of the touch panel is reduced.

The disclosed device for forming a surface pattern of fluid and the forming method thereof have an advantage of easily forming various waveform patterns on the surface of the fluid by a vibration unit for vibrating the fluid with various waveforms, frequencies, and amplitudes.
