Abstract: A garment to provide targeted training of small muscles along a spine of a user. The garment can be configured to extend around a torso of a user from an upper end portion to a lower end portion. A plurality of weights can be distributed and arranged along the body. The body and the plurality of weights can be configured to conform to the fleshy part of a user's body and to provide deep touch pressure compression of the plurality of weights to the torso to target the small postural muscles supporting the spine of a user when worn by the user, to engage and train the small postural muscles of the spine. The plurality of weights can be movable relative to one another with movement of the vertebrae of the user's spine, and the weights can be configured to move in a corresponding motion with the vertebrae of the user.

Alternatively, the weights ma be fixed to the elastic.
