  • Patent number: 6968955
Abstract: A storage device for an electric extension cord having a male end and a female end is provided. The storage device includes a rigid container for holding the electric extension cord. Further, the sidewalls form at least one aperture in the at least one indention to permit the male end and female end of the extension cord to be extendable outside of the container when the extension cord is placed in the container. At least one locking device is positioned in the at least one indention formed in the outer perimeter of the container proximal to the at least one aperture formed by the sidewalls. The at least one lock device holds the male end and the female end of the extension cord within the at least one indention in the outer perimeter.
