    Abstract: A lamp assembly for mounting to a panel includes a housing assembly having a lamp section holding a light source assembly, and a lens section extending from the lamp section. The lens section has a lens through which light from the light source assembly is directed, wherein the lens is configured to be received within a mounting opening of the panel. A locking tab extends from an outer surface of the lens section, wherein the locking tab is configured to be received within the mounting opening of the panel and wherein the locking tab is configured to engage a locking surface to secure the housing assembly relative to the panel.
