    Abstract: An apparatus for disinfecting an object is disclosed herein. The apparatus includes an enclosure having an interior, an entrance, an exit, and a path through the interior from the entrance to the exit along which the object travels. The object moves along the path from the entrance to the exit without support from a moving conveyance. The apparatus also includes a light source that is positioned within the interior and configured to emit ultraviolet light such that every exterior surface of object is exposed to the ultraviolet light as the object traverses the interior.
