  • Publication number: 20210139303
Abstract: A foldable rail assembly is coupled to a platform and includes vertical rails and a rectangular rail structure that is hingedly coupled to the vertical rails. The rectangular rail structure is rotatable about hinged couplings formed between the rectangular rail structure and the vertical rails, and movable between a first, deployed position and a second, folded position. The rectangular rail structure extends upwardly from the platform higher in the first position than in the second position.

  • Publication number: 20070145743
Abstract: A push-in tube coupling that facilitates visual verification of insertion of a tube into the coupling or viewing of a medium within the coupling. The tube coupling comprises a coupling body having a cavity into which a tube can be inserted to mate with the coupling body, and a transparent or translucent lens in a wall of the coupling body for optical enhancement of an interior portion of the coupling.

  • Publication number: 20070138791
Abstract: A stamped collet for a push-to-connect tube coupling. The collet is stamped from a metal sheet and formed into a generally cylindrical configuration. The collet has an annular base portion from which flexible tines extend forward from the base portion, the flexible tines being circumferentially arranged around a center axis of the collet and including inwardly inclined distal finger portions terminating at a biting edge. The flexible tines can flex outwardly to permit axial insertion of a tube through the collet. At least one of the flexible tines has at least one cam wing that extends radially outwardly from a side of the tine and has a radially outwardly inclined cam surface. The cam surface can be engaged by a corresponding cam surface of a retainer to urge the tine radially inwardly with the biting edge biting into an outer surface of the tube for preventing the tube from being pushed out or pulled out of a coupling.
