  • Patent number: 12719326
Abstract: A stator for an electrical machine includes a stator core with multiple circumferentially distributed grooves and two opposing axial end sides. A stator winding comprises multiple shaped conductors, each having a first leg, a second leg, and a head portion that electrically connects the legs at one end side. The leg portions extend through different grooves and are spaced apart by a defined groove increment. The head portion includes an inner segment adjoining the first leg and an outer segment adjoining the second leg, with the outer segment positioned radially outward of the inner segment. For different conductors, the groove spacing increment varies: in a first and second conductor it equals S, in a third it is at least S+1, and in a fourth it is at most S?1, where S is a natural number.

  • Patent number: 12712404
Abstract: Stator for an electric machine, having a stator core with a first end face and a second end face and a stator winding, which has multiple part windings and forms a number of phase elements. Each part winding has multiple shaped conductors, which extend through the stator core along an axial direction at predetermined angular positions in the circumferential direction, a first end portion, which comprises a free end of the part winding and protrudes from the stator core at the first end face, and a second end portion. The first end portion protrudes from the stator core at one of the predetermined angular positions and extends in the axial direction at the predetermined angular position.

  • Publication number: 20250007346
Abstract: A stator for an electrical machine includes a stator core in which a plurality of grooves distributed in a circumferential direction are formed and which has two opposite end faces, and a stator winding having a plurality of shaped conductors. The shaped conductors each have a first leg portion, a second leg portion and a head portion connecting the leg portions to one of the end faces. The leg portions extend through different grooves and are spaced apart from one another by an increment of a number of grooves.

  • Publication number: 20240223036
Abstract: A stator for an electric machine is specified in which electrical conductors of a stator winding are arranged, layered only radially in a plurality of layers, in a stator slot. Two stator slots which are arranged next to one another are combined to forn blocks (G) of one phase (U, V, W). In the blocks (G), positions occupied by the electrical conductors are described by column numbers S and layer numbers L which are defined by a start position and incremental values. Also specified are an electric machine having such a stator and a vehicle having such an electric machine.
