  • Patent number: 10940777
Abstract: A seat assembly for an emergency vehicle can include an adjustable base seat and backrest, a tank support assembly configured to selectively secure tanks of different sizes, and a tank clamp assembly configured to selectively secure tanks having bottom tank ends of different configurations. Slidably adjusting the base seat can cause adjustment of a recline angle of the backrest. One or more pads on the seat can be removable. The tank support assembly can include first and second tank securements and a locking member configured to rotate to selectively dispose the first or second tank securement to secure a tank. The tank clamp assembly can include a fixed foot clamp, a movable foot clamp, and an adjustment device configured to slide the movable foot clamp to selectively clamp the bottom tank ends of different sizes between the movable foot clamp and the fixed foot clamp.

  • Patent number: 7125809
Abstract: Contact openings in semiconductor substrates are formed through insulative layers using an etchant material. The etchant typically leaves behind a layer of etch residue which interferes with the subsequent deposition of conductive material in the opening, as well as the conductive performance of the resulting contact. A method of etch removal from semiconductor contact openings utilizes ammonia to clean the surfaces thereof of any etch residue.

  • Patent number: 6601923
Abstract: A seat includes a frame, an assembly for supporting a self-contained breathing apparatus, and a headrest frame. The self-contained breathing apparatus and headrest frame are mounted to the frame. The seat also includes a seat belt assembly. The seat belt assembly includes a bracket, first and second guide members, a seat belt, a seat belt reel, and first and second portions of a buckle. The bracket is mounted to the headrest frame and the first guide member is mounted to the bracket. The second guide member, seat belt reel, and second portion of the buckle are mounted to the frame. The seat belt has a first end spooled into the seat belt reel. The seat belt extends up from the seat belt reel and is then threaded through the first and second guide members and the first buckle member. A second end of the belt is mounted to the frame. The first portion of the buckle is slidably mounted to the seat belt.
