Publication number: 20240127936Abstract: A computer implemented method for generating personalized responsive assistance for a person needing assistance (PNA) is disclosed. The method begins with the system receiving a PNA's contact data and a trust group manager's (TGM) contact data. The system then sends a request to the TGM for association of TGM's device with PNA's device. The system then receives approval and proceeds with storing an indicator of the association of the devices. The TGM then sends the system a person providing assistance's (PPA) data. The system will then send an invite to the PPA, to join a trust group associated with the PNA. After the PPA accepts the invite to join the PPA group, the system will receive a request for an audio/visual connection between the PNA and the PPA. As the PNA is in need of assistance, an audio/visual connection will be permitted allowing the PPA to help the PNA.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 28, 2023Publication date: April 18, 2024Inventors: Douglas George Towne, John Medcalf, Michael Wilhelm Hartman, Corey Saur

Publication number: 20240070487Abstract: Systems and methods for generating and processing modeling workflows are disclosed. In some examples, a reference distribution of scores generated by a model is determined. The reference distribution of scores is recorded in a structured database. One or more unexpected scores are detected during execution of the model. To detect the one or more unexpected scores, a production distribution of scores is compared with the reference distribution of scores recorded in the structured database. The production distribution of scores is generated by the model for a production input data set. An alert is then provided to an external system, when an alert condition is determined to be satisfied based on the comparison. The alert indicates detection of the one or more unexpected scores.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 7, 2023Publication date: February 29, 2024Inventors: Douglas C. Publication number: 20240055011Abstract: A voice capture system including a first and second voice beamformer, a voice mixer, a voice rejected noise beamformer, a noise beamformer adjustor, a jammer suppressor, and a speech enhancer is provided. The first and second voice beamformer and the voice mixer generate a voice enhanced reference signal based on a first and second frequency domain microphone signal. The voice rejected noise beamformer includes filter weights and generates a noise reference signal based on the first and second frequency domain microphone signal. The noise beamformer adjustor adjusts the one or more filter weights of the voice rejected noise beamformer to account for fit variation. The jammer suppressor generates a jammer suppressed signal based on the voice enhanced reference signal and the noise reference signal. The speech enhancer dynamically generates an output voice signal by applying a dynamic noise suppression signal to each frequency bin of the jammer suppressed signal.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 11, 2022Publication date: February 15, 2024Applicant: Bose CorporationInventors: Yang Liu, Abinaya Subramaniam, Trevor Caldwell, Douglas George Morton

Patent number: 11853415Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and processes for context-based identification of anomalous log data. Log data with multiple original logs is received at an anomalous log data identification system. A context associated training dataset is generated by splitting a string in a log into multiple split strings, generating a context association between each split string and a unique key that corresponds to the log, and generating an input/output (I/O) string data batch that includes I/O string data for each split string in the log by training each split string against every other split string in the log. A context-based anomalous log data identification model is then trained according to a machine learning technique using the I/O string data batch that includes a list of unique strings in the context associated training dataset.Type: GrantFiled: December 9, 2020Date of Patent: December 26, 2023Assignee: Rapid7, Inc.Inventor: Douglas George Wainer

Patent number: 11777970Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and processes for granular and prioritized visualization of anomalous log data. Log data that includes several logs is accessed. A unique identifier is generated for each log by generating a single hash for one or more fields in each log. Based on the hashing, the several logs are converted into a series of unique identifiers. A timestamp for each log in the series of unique identifiers is appended to generate a list of timestamps for each unique identifier in the series of unique identifiers. The list of timestamps for each unique identifier is overlayed on a time series graph in a graphical user interface (GUI).Type: GrantFiled: December 9, 2020Date of Patent: October 3, 2023Assignee: Rapid7, Inc.Inventor: Douglas George Wainer
