The processor retrieves a set of selected healthcare data from the healthcare data depending on the selected schema and communicates a permissible healthcare data by filtering the selected healthcare data by applying the privacy decisions, or alternatively communicates the set of selected healthcare data from the healthcare data of the patient, by overriding the privacy decisions, when an emergency is declared by the second computing device.
