Publication number: 20140263436Abstract: The container includes a body portion, an upper end portion, and a cap portion. The body portion, the end portion and the cap portion may be molded as one piece. The cap portion may be attached to the body portion with a hinge. The body portion may have a side wall which allows the user to squeeze the side wall and dispense the product which is stored within the container. The container may include a valve. The valve may include an opening which allows the contents to be dispensed. The valve may be attached using a retention feature, a retaining ring, an adhesive and/or fusion. The retaining ring may engage the retention feature. After the valve is assembled to the container, the container is filled with a product and the lower end portion may be closed by using a heat seal.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 15, 2013Publication date: September 18, 2014Applicant: TC HEARTLAND LLCInventors: Teodor Gelov, Karen H. Publication number: 20120206854Abstract: An electrostatic discharging, detachable, overshoe, includes an electrically conductive flexible skeleton with oversized heel and toe regions for placing over footwear, and a conductive element situated to facilitate conducting static electricity between a body of a wearer of the footwear and the overshoe. The overshoe can be worn over a wide variety of street, work, office, and specialty footwear and may support reduction of electro-static discharge buildup on the body of the wearer by safely conducting any electrical charge generated or transferred to the body of the wearer to a grounded surface such as an electrically conductive floor.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 26, 2012Publication date: August 16, 2012Inventor: Douglas E. Norton

Publication number: 20090113677Abstract: A hanging clip system includes a clip having a head portion having first and second legs extending from the head portion. Each of the first and second legs includes an outwardly extending flange having a convexly curved upper surface and a flat surface facing away from the head portion. A gap between the first and second legs defines an angle created during a molding process so that the first and second legs can be elastically deflected toward each other to provide a biased condition of the legs. A frame member includes opposed inwardly curving arms which define a cavity adapted to receive the flanges of the clip and inner opposed walls which define a channel adapted to receive the legs.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 2, 2007Publication date: May 7, 2009Applicant: Marketing Displays Inc.Inventor: Douglas E.
