Abstract: A loading ramp includes first and second ramp portions that are coupled by a hinge assembly such that the first and second ramp portions are movable relative to one another between an extended position and a folded position. The loading ramp also has one or more lights coupled to one of the ramp portions and a switch assembly coupled to the ramp portions such that in the extend position the switch assembly is activated to illuminate the one or more lights.

A pair of blades is connected to the front portion of the handle and is designed to be moved relative to one another by the electric motor. The handle can be designed to waterproof one or more internal components of the knife to protect the one or more internal components from water damage. The knife can include a blade stabilization arrangement for the knife blades and/or mounts for the knife blades to facilitate in the movement of the knife blades and/or mounts for the knife blades when the motor causes the knife blades and/or mounts for the knife blades to move relative to one another. The knife can include an enhanced motor configuration in improve the operation of the knife.

The device is engageable over the existing doorknob and/or deadbolt lock to allow for remote rotation activation to unlock and open the door. A gear drive motor rotates the doorknob and/or deadbolt.
