The handle can be designed to waterproof one or more internal components of the knife to protect the one or more internal components from water damage. The knife can include a blade stabilization arrangement for the knife blades and/or mounts for the knife blades to facilitate in the movement of the knife blades and/or mounts for the knife blades when the motor causes the knife blades and/or mounts for the knife blades to move relative to one another.
