    Abstract: First and second work-engaging members grip an elongated member normal to its major axis while a third work-engaging member moves an element axially along the elongated member. The first and second work-engaging members are on first and second levers which rotate in a first plane and the third work-engaging member is on a lever pivotally connected to the first and second levers for rotation in a second plane substantially normal to the first plane.
