  • Publication number: 20220225754
Abstract: A toothbrush for brushing a user's teeth is a T-shaped member having a handle forming a lower part of the T and a head forming the upper, transverse part of the T. A plurality of bristles extends outwardly from a surface of the head. A combination of at least the head and the plurality of bristles together provides about a 45-degree brushing angle relative to a side surface of a tooth of a user.

  • Publication number: 20050069832
Abstract: An apparatus for preheating particulate material in which the particulate material is transferred from one or more upper storage bins to a circular lower chamber that has an outer, essentially annular, portion which serves as a gas flow passage. The particulate material is directed from the feed bin or bins into a plurality of essentially vertical cylindrical feed cassettes via intermediate feed ducts. The lower chamber has a flat roof which is in contact with the bottom portion of the vertical feed cassettes. The vertical feed cassettes are approximately evenly spaced on top of the outer perimeter of the flat roof. The particulate material is preheated in the annular flow passage by hot kiln gases flowing in countercurrent heat exchange relationship with the particulate material.

  • Patent number: 6697715
Abstract: A method for controlling operation of a remotely piloted vehicle by an operator. The method includes the steps of accepting an operator directional command from a control device, accepting a control device compass reading, adding the operator directional command to the control device compass reading to generate a heading command, and sending the remotely piloted vehicle the heading command. In this manner, the method of the present invention relieves the operator of having to orient himself relative to the direction of the vehicle in order to control the vehicle and thereby provides for instinctive control of the vehicle through elimination of observer translation.

  • Publication number: 20030115074
Abstract: System and method for tracking user activity. A user accessing a first web page is identified and an impression associated with the first web page that is selected by the user is determined. The impression is assigned a unique identification and is one of a plurality of impressions for directing the user to a second web page. The unique identification of the selected impression is transmitted to a website associated with the second web page upon the user selecting the impression and data is received from the website indicating that the user successfully performed at least one predetermined task and the unique identification. The received data is stored in a memory unit.

  • Patent number: 4492329
Abstract: A tool for driving nails into hard surfaces wherein the driving power is provided by cartridges of explosive powder. An extrudible stop member is provided in the barrel of the tool in front of the piston which is impacted by the piston when the tool is overdriven. The stop member extrudes through a passage to the front of the barrel if repeated overdriving of the piston occurs thereby providing a visual indication of such condition existing. In addition, a novel clamping arrangement is disclosed for retaining the return dog for the piston in the barrel housing.
