  • Publication number: 20190244153
Abstract: An automated assessment process for rating, integrating, and reporting for assessment centers, based upon research is described, that takes the place of the traditional manual, clinical process, and corrects for potential human biases present using traditional assessment processes. The automated assessment process includes providing an assessment to a participant and receiving behavior ratings for one or more associated behaviors demonstrated by the participant during the assessment. The automated process also includes determining an initial competency rating based upon the behavior ratings. Each initial competency rating is combined with non-simulation assessment results and a final competency rating is determined for each competency being assessed. A report is then automatically generated that includes the final competency rating for each competency being assessed.

  • Publication number: 20140095269
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing an automated assessment to a user may include authenticating, by a processor, the user for the automated assessment, providing, by the processor, a description of a job to the user, providing, by the processor, a plurality of tasks to the user, receiving, by the processor, a plurality of responses, wherein each response is elicited by at least one of the plurality of tasks, associating, by the processor, one or more first numerical scores with at least one response, providing, by the processor, at least a portion of a response to an evaluator for evaluation according to predetermined criteria, receiving, by the processor, one or more evaluations for at least a portion of one response, associating, by the processor, one or more second numerical scores that correspond to at least one evaluation and processing, by the processor, the one or more first numerical scores and the one or more second numerical scores to obtain an assessment rating.
