Abstract: A modular outflow valve assembly for a toilet tank includes a base for attachment to the toilet tank. An elongate guide is attached to the base and extends longitudinally upward from the base, the guide having a tube stop piece adjustably secured thereto at an upper end thereof. An outflow tube assembly is installed over the guide so that the guide extends through the hollow interior of the outflow tube assembly and the outflow tube assembly extends upwardly from the base and the hollow interior of the outflow tube structure is in fluid communication with a water outflow opening in the base. The outflow tube assembly is slidably and upwardly coupled to the guide. The outflow tube assembly is separable from the base and is configured to pass a selected amount of water from the toilet tank when separated from the base.

Abstract: An outflow valve assembly for a toilet tank is disclosed, wherein the valve assembly comprises a base including an opening for passing water out of the toilet tank, a valve portion including a lower outflow tube section extending upwardly from the base and having a hollow interior, and also including a flush valve for discharging water from the toilet tank when opened, and an upper overflow tube adjustably coupled to and extending vertically upward from the lower outflow tube section. In some embodiments, the flush valve includes a flapper valve disposed on the side of the lower outflow tube section. In other embodiments, the flush valve is formed by a surface of the lower outflow tube section resting against a surface of the base.

Abstract: An outflow valve system for a toilet tank is disclosed, wherein the outflow valve system includes a valve body, a valve opening formed in the valve body, wherein the valve opening is configured to be positioned adjacent a bottom surface of the toilet tank when the outflow valve system is installed in the toilet tank, a removable and replaceable valve cover coupled to the valve body over the primary valve lip, wherein the removable valve cover includes a cover opening in fluid communication with the valve opening and a lip disposed around the cover opening, and a movable sealing member configured to selectively form a seal with the lip.

Abstract: A toilet tank outflow valve assembly for a flush toilet system is disclosed, wherein the outflow valve assembly includes a lower valve assembly portion, said lower portion having an outer sealing surface and an inner sealing surface, said outer and inner sealing surfaces adapted to contact a bottom of the toilet tank to form a first and second seal where the outflow valve assembly meets the bottom of the toilet tank.
