  • Patent number: 11955237
Abstract: An automated system and method for assisting in decision making for the treatment of stroke patients is provided, and specifically for assisting a physician whether the patient should be administered a drug or transferred to another hospital to undergo an endovascular thrombectomy procedure. A variety of factors are input into the system with limited human intervention and a tool automatically determines the probability of whether the patient will have a better outcome if transferred or not. The factors include clinical factors, imaging factors and time to transfer factors. The tool includes processes for automatically determining several imaging factors, including the determination of clot length, collateral blood flow, the presence of forward blood flow within and around the clot, and the clot permeability. The tool has capability to continuously update the treatment protocol and other output results using current clinical, health system or other relevant information or feedback.

Abstract: A renal therapy system is disclosed. In an example, the renal therapy system includes a home renal therapy machine that stores, to a log file, dates of when renal therapies were performed and a type of each renal therapy that was performed. The system also includes a server that receives the log file from the home renal therapy machine. The server compares the dates and types of performed renal therapies stored in the log file to a device program that specifies dates for performing renal therapies and the types of renal therapies to be performed. • Publication number: 20230245917
Abstract: A determination is made of a real-time azimuthal position of a notch alignment feature located on a support surface of a substrate holder relative to a fixed reference ray extending perpendicularly away from a rotational axis of the substrate holder as the substrate holder rotates about the rotational axis. A determination is made of an approach initiation azimuthal position of the notch alignment feature relative to the fixed reference ray at which vertical movement of the substrate holder should initiate in order to have the notch alignment feature located at a prescribed azimuthal position relative to the fixed reference ray when the substrate holder reaches a prescribed vertical position. A determination is made of a time delay required to have the notch alignment feature located at the approach initiation azimuthal position. Vertical movement of the substrate holder is initiated in accordance with the determined time delay.

  • Patent number: 11201857
Abstract: A domain transcendent file cryptology network includes a first data cryptology node in a first data domain having a first security protocol. A hardware processor of the first data cryptology node executes a first instantiation of a software code to receive a request to transfer a data file from the first data domain to a second data domain having a second, different, security protocol, obtain one or more characteristics of the data file, and generate an authentication tag for the data file based on the characteristic(s). The first instantiation of the software code also encrypts the data file and transmits the encrypted data file, the authentication tag, and a decryption key to a second data cryptology node in the second data domain. The decryption key and the authentication tag enable decryption of the encrypted data file by a second instantiation of the software code on the second data cryptology node.
