  • Publication number: 20160117472
Abstract: Automated healthcare information exchange. The healthcare information may comprise one or more dose orders corresponding to dose medications to be administered to a patient. The healthcare information may be received (e.g., from an EMR system such as a hospital information system (HIS) or the like) in the form of a healthcare information data stream. The information may then be standardized in to a standardized intermediate form. For instance, data may be parsed from the data stream and used to populate a staging table. In turn, data from the staging table may be transformed into an input format specific to a given dose fulfillment client to which the dose order is provided for fulfillment of the dose. Additionally, exception processing. logistical processing, and management functionality may be applied to the dose orders.

  • Publication number: 20150019138
Abstract: Computer systems and non-transitory computer readable media for determining an amount of an ingredient for a preparation for a requested therapy (e.g., an order or a prescription) includes an identifier, volume, and amounts of first and second compounds in each of a plurality of premix solutions. A predefined formulary comprising a formulary concentration of each of a plurality of additions is provided. A premix solution is selected. An amount of a first additions to be added to the premix solution may be selected. A number of bags of the premix solution, needed to satisfy a volume associated with the selected premix solution, are optionally reserved. An additive volume is determined at least by the specified first amounts of the first addition and a corresponding formulary concentration.

  • Patent number: 7472182
Abstract: Collecting data for a storage area network includes providing a plurality of agents that collect data from objects of the storage area network, providing a plurality of data collection policies, where each of the policies indicates a type of data to be collected and a frequency of collection, and applying the policies to the agents, where the agents collect data according to the type of data and the frequencies indicated by the data collection policies. At least one of the agents may have a plurality of data collection policies applied thereto to cause the at least one agent to collect the types of data at the frequencies indicated by the merge of all of the data collection policies applied to the at least one agent. Merging the data collection policies may be performed by the at least one of the agents that receives the data collection policies or may be performed by an entity other than the at least one of the agents.
