    Abstract: Aspects may include identifying parameter attribute information for functions associated with CM, PM, and/or FM performed in a RAN which is associated with a CU, a DU, an RU and/or one or more applications; comparing the parameter attribute information; adjusting, according to the one or more comparisons, the parameter attribute information resulting in normalized parameter attributes by applying a mapping matrix (or other analysis technique or data structure) to at least a portion of the parameter attribute information; and providing the normalized parameter attributes to the CU, the DU, the RU, and/or the one or more applications, which in some embodiments enable a subsequent function(s) to be performed for the CM, the PM, and/or the FM.
