Abstract: An electrical connector assembly, including a bolt having a tapered distal end; a wedge having a top surface and a bottom surface defining a first aperture extending between and through the top and bottom surfaces, and dimensioned to receive the bolt therethrough; a shell having a top surface, a bottom surface, a first end, and a second end, the shell further defining a first and a second channels, the channels being separated by a middle portion and to receive the wedge therebetween; the shell further having a second aperture extending between the top surface to the bottom surface of the shell and dimensioned to receive the bolt therethrough, wherein the second aperture is configured to be positioned to align and pair with the first aperture when the wedge is positioned between the first and second channels.
