    Abstract: A non-invasive technique for monitoring the atrioventricular His bundle electrocardiogram and recording the same on a strip chart recorder in parallel real time with a conventional surface ECG signal. The preferred embodiment of the His bundle circuitry includes separately adjustable highpass and lowpass filters in the frequency range of 30 to 600 Hz, and a variable gain amplifier for in situ empirical adjustment to patient and environmental conditions.
