  • Publication number: 20060243222
Abstract: A control frame for a boiler includes a control mounting surface and a control panel. The control frame can be formed from a single piece of sheet metal, such that the control mounting surface and the control panel form a single undivided unit. In addition, the control frame can structurally support a boiler enclosure. The control mounting surface can include mounting interfaces for a control device, an optional microcontroller and wiring terminal strips. The control panel can also include cutouts or mounting interfaces for instrumentation or other control devices. The control frame can further include a latch interface to hold a separate cover panel in place.

  • Publication number: 20050002030
Abstract: A tribological debris analysis system alternately including a general purpose computer used in conjunction with an imaging device and an illumination delivery system, or a circuit board integrating an embedded processor with the imaging device used in conjunction with the illumination delivery system. The circuit board can be mounted on or coupled to an individual machine. The illumination delivery system includes a bypass conduit connected to the machine under evaluation, an optical flow cell, a pump for pumping a fluid through the optical flow cell connected to the bypass conduit, and a laser for illuminating the fluid flowing through the optical flow cell. The imaging device detects any debris in the fluid illuminated by the laser, and sends information representative of the debris to the general purpose computer or the embedded processor for analysis.

  • Publication number: 20030167531
Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for the production of proteins or polypeptides using genetically manipulated plants or plant cells, as well as to the genetically manipulated plants and plant cells per se (including parts of the genetically manipulated plants), the heterologous protein material (e.g., a protein, polypeptide and the like) which is produced with the aid of these genetically manipulated plants or plant cells, and the recombinant polynucleotides (DNA or RNA) that are used for the genetic manipulation.

  • Patent number: 6512162
Abstract: Constructs and methods are provided for expressing peptides derived from eukaryotic organisms in plant plastids. Constructs have a promoter functional in a plant plastid, a DNA sequence encoding a peptide derived from an eukaryotic organism and a transcription termination region. Other elements include a selectable marker for selection of plant cells comprising a plastid expressing the marker and DNA regions of homology to the genome of the plastid and optionally a ribosome binding site joined to the promoter. By methods using such constructs high levels of eukaryotic peptides, such as mammalian proteins, are produced in a plant cell by growing plant cells under conditions whereby the DNA encoding sequences re expressed to produce eukaryotic peptide in said plastid.
