    Abstract: A knife is provided with a balance adjusting feature. The knife may have a blade and a handle tang. The handle has at least one balance mount, each balance mount comprising an aperture in the tang. Each balance mount is configured to accept at least one balance weight. By connecting or disconnecting weights from the balance mounts, the center of mass of the knife changes, thus permitting a user to customize the balance of the knife.
