Abstract: Various systems for exercise equipment are provided. In an exemplary embodiment, a system may include a board that includes a first pair of hooks extending from one end of the board and a second pair of hooks extending from the second end of the board. The system may also include an exercise band that includes one or more bulges located at one end of the band, such that a bulge anchors the band to a pair of hooks. The bulges are located along the band such that they allow a user to adjust the effective length of the band, allowing for varying resistances at these varying lengths during exercise.

Abstract: An exercise device, which facilitates use of elastic bands, includes (a) a substantially planar base member configured to lay or be mounted on the floor, mounted on a wall or mounted on another piece of exercise apparatus; (b) at least one elongate upstanding post member affixed to the base member and extending substantially perpendicular to it; and (c) at least two elongate bars affixed to the post member and extending substantially parallel to each other and to the base member. The device, so configured, allows one or more exercise bands to be wrapped about the bars for quick and easy attachment to the fixed object (floor, wall or other device) to permit exercise with such bands.

Abstract: A lid for a beverage container is provided with a “hanger member”, joined to the lower edge an annular retaining rim of the lid, which forms a U-shaped hook allowing the lid to be hung from the upper lip of the container. In use, the lid may be removed and hang from the top of container while adding a substance, such as a whitener and/or sweetener, to a beverage, such as coffee, in the container.
