    Abstract: Batch mode supply of feedstock in non-combustive gasification systems and methods are described. In accordance with an aspect, a feedstock material is injected into a vessel at atmospheric pressure, atmosphere from the feedstock material in the vessel is purged, the purging includes evacuating the vessel, and in response to the pressure level in the vessel being below a predetermined value, injecting synthesis gas generated in a non-combustive gasification system, the vessel is pressurized to a reference pressure greater than an operating pressure of a gasification chamber, a portion of the feedstock material is supplied to an accumulation chamber, further feedstock material is injected into the gasification chamber, and atmospheric pressure in the collection vessel is recovered.

    Abstract: System(s) and process(es) are provided to produce synthesis gas (syngas) from carbonaceous feedstock and synthesize the syngas into liquid fuel and related byproduct substances. Dissipated heat and byproduct substances are utilized to supply energy to the system(s) and process(es). Utilization of dissipated heat and the byproduct substances as energy sources allows the system(s) and process(es) to be implemented without input from external energy sources. Byproduct substances also are recycled for reconversion to syngas. Syngas is produced in a gasification platform through a multi-phased gasification process comprising pyrolysis of the carbonaceous feedstock, steam reformation (or reaction) of pyrolysis gas, and cleaning of syngas ejected from such steam reformation. The syngas is catalytically converted into a product comprising the liquid fuel and the byproduct substances.

    Abstract: System(s) and process(es) are provided to produce synthesis gas from feedstock through, in part, multi-phased gasification and steam reformation. In the multi-phased gasification, an amount of feedstock is supplied to a pyrolysis chamber in which high-pressure pyrolysis at a first temperature reforms into gas at least a portion of the amount of feedstock; the gas includes synthesis gas (syngas). An amount of feedstock by-product that results from the high-pressure pyrolysis is conveyed to a solids reactor functionally coupled to the pyrolysis chamber. At least a portion of the amount of feedstock by-product is reformed into syngas at high-pressure and a second temperature within the solids reactor; an amount of disposable solids is ejected from the solids reactor. Gas produced in the pyrolysis chamber or syngas produced in the solids reactor is saturated via steam reformation and cleaned. Clean syngas is supplied for fuel production.

    Abstract: A mold system for blow molding hollow plastic containers includes an extruder for providing a hollow tube of plastic material having a longitudinal axis. Three mold segments include at least two mold segments that are movable against the third mold segment, in directions perpendicular to the tube axis, between a closed position in which the mold segments form a hollow mold cavity in which the tube is captured and an open position spaced from the tube axis. A blow pin is disposed on one of the mold segments to pierce the tube in the closed position of the mold segments. One of the mold segments may be a mold core movably mounted on a second of the mold segments, and cylinders are mounted on the second mold segment for moving the mold core between an extended position and a retracted position with respect to the second mold segment. The blow pin may be movably mounted on the mold core.
