Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for renal neuromodulation using a pulsed electric field to effectuate electroporation or electrofusion. It is expected that renal neuromodulation (e.g., denervation) may, among other things, reduce expansion of an acute myocardial infarction, reduce or prevent the onset of morphological changes that are affiliated with congestive heart failure, and/or be efficacious in the treatment of end stage renal disease. Embodiments of the present invention are configured for percutaneous intravascular delivery of pulsed electric fields to achieve such neuromodulation.

Abstract: A bubble machine has a fan housing that is positioned inside a machine housing, and a fan coupled to the fan housing. The bubble dispenser includes an inner hub having a raised platform, and a bubble wand guiding mechanism on the platform. A bubble wand assembly has a base, and a plurality of bubble wands that are disposed above the bubble dispenser in a manner such that each of the plurality of bubble wands is rotated past the trough to be coated with bubble solution, and then rotated over the at least one space so that air from below can be blown through the bubble wand to generate bubbles.
