  • Patent number: 6331130
Abstract: A bubble generating assembly has an air generator, and a bubble producing device positioned in front of the air generator to receive air generated from the air generator. The assembly also has a liquid generator, a nozzle coupled to the liquid generator for ejecting liquid from the assembly, and an actuator operatively coupled to the liquid generator and the air generator for simultaneously actuating the liquid generator and the air generator. Another bubble generating assembly has an air generator, a plurality of bubble producing wands, a link having a first end coupled to the bubble producing wands, and an actuator operatively coupled to the link assembly and the air generator for simultaneously actuating the air generator and causing the link to position all the wands in front of the air generator to receive air generated from the air generator.

  • Patent number: 6315627
Abstract: A bubble producing assembly has a plurality of bubble producing devices. Each bubble producing device has at least one loop, a fan positioned adjacent the at least one loop, and a motor coupled to the fan. The assembly has a control mechanism coupled to each motor of each bubble producing device for simultaneously actuating each motor to cause separate bubbles to be simultaneously produced.

  • Publication number: 20010035413
Abstract: A container has a cup-like lower body that receives liquid therein, the lower body having a bottom wall and an open upper mouth. The container also has an inverted cup-like upper body having a top wall and an open lower mouth, and an opening provided in the top wall. The upper body is removably connected to the lower body with the open mouths thereof in communication with each other to form an interior chamber. The container also includes a lid pivotably coupled to the top wall and covering the opening, and a stopper inserted through the opening.

  • Patent number: 6139391
Abstract: A bubble producing assembly has a frame having a handle section and an opening, a fan positioned inside the opening, and a bubble producing device positioned above the fan and extending over the opening. The bubble producing device has a primary loop having an enclosing edge that defines an interior opening, with the primary loop disposed at a first vertical level. The bubble producing device also includes a plurality of secondary loops disposed at a second vertical level that is different from the first vertical level, the secondary loops positioned with respect to the primary loop such that the secondary loops extend into the space defined by the interior opening. In a preferred embodiment, the secondary loops are smaller in size than the primary loop.

  • Patent number: 5797385
Abstract: A toy gun is disclosed as having a trigger with opposing first and second ends. First and second barrels are provided, each holding at least one ammunition. The toy gun further includes a first housing adjacent the first end of the trigger and coupled to the first barrel, the first housing having a firing mechanism coupled to the trigger for firing the ammunition from the first barrel. The toy gun also includes a second housing adjacent the second end of the trigger and coupled to the second barrel, the second housing having a firing mechanism coupled to the trigger for firing the ammunition from the second barrel. The toy gun may be operated such that one ammunition at each of the first and second barrels are fired simultaneously upon actuation of the trigger. Alternatively, one ammunition at the first barrel may be fired without firing any ammunition at the second barrel, upon actuation of the trigger.

  • Patent number: 5613482
Abstract: A spring-powered toy gun ejects small disks, of the type children collect, giving the ejected disks a spin to improve their flight. The disks are first loaded into a separate spring-operated magazine which is then inserted into an aperture on the gun. A transparent window in the gun allows a user to view the magazine's top disk and any insignia thereon. The top of the magazine bears two retaining members that hold the top disk in place. These retaining members are spaced apart from the magazine by the thickness of one disk and, thus, set the thickness of the disks that can be fired from the gun. The top disk is ejected from the gun by a planar propulsion lever driven by a main spring. Pulling back on a trigger moves the main spring and the propulsion lever away from a rest position. When the trigger is pulled fully, the main spring is automatically released and snaps forward causing the propulsion lever to move forward and strike the top disk propelling it from the gun.
