    Abstract: An exerciser for softball pitchers who are especially strengthening the muscles in the shoulder and arm of the user. The exerciser has a base which may be attached to a fixed frame member. A rotatable arm is held by the base, and a brake pad and shoe assembly is affixed between the rotatable arm and the base. The amount of pressure between the brake pads and the brake shoe is adjustable. A curved arm is held by the arm-support member, and a flexible line is attached at its remote end. The flexible line is about one-half the length of the curved arm. The curved arm may be rotated 360.degree. around the base.
