    Abstract: A duct board product includes a fibrous duct board having at least one set of opposing edges, a second board of insulating material having at least one set of opposing edges, and an adhesive material. The fibrous duct board is laminated to the second board of insulating material by the adhesive material. At least one edge of one set of opposing edges of the fibrous duct board is offset from at least one respective edge of one set of opposing edges of the second board of insulating material to form at least one shiplap edge.
