    Abstract: A method for generating a query of a genomic data store includes receiving, by a query generator executing on a computing device, from a graphical user interface, an identification of a first entity of a first entity class for inclusion in a resource description framework (RDF) query. The method includes automatically generating an RDF query based upon the received identification of the first entity and the received identification of the second entity.
