    Abstract: An inflatable bladder and extendable diaphragm are affixed within the cap of a standard liquid container. The shaft and brush for removing the liquid from the container are attached to the diaphragm portion. The bladder can be compressed in a variety of ways manually and thereby causing the diaphragm portion to extend, moving the shaft and liquid pick-up means so that the liquid at the bottom of the container can be easily removed.
