Abstract: Provided herein are nutritional compositions, regimens and methods for the prevention, mitigation, and treatment of a cholesterol abnormality. In some embodiments, the invention comprises combinations of niacin (precursor), and at least one ingredient selected from the group consisting of: an Omega-3 fatty acid, Omega-3 fatty acid precursor, or Omega-3 fatty acid derivative, and: a plant sterol, a plant sterol precursor, or a plant sterol derivative. In other embodiments, the combination includes all three of those ingredients.

Abstract: A game having page pieces and a game surface including game piece receiving members. Each of the first set of game pieces also includes a solution position and non-solution positions in which the game surface-engaging member is mated with one of the plurality of game piece receiving members. When a game piece is in a solution position it exhibits an indication, such as sitting lower with respect to the game surface or illuminating a light, which visually distinguishes the game piece from at least some of the game pieces which are in the non-solution position. Aside from the visual indication, each game piece is visually indistinguishable from all other game pieces for each game player when the game pieces are located on the game surface in an upright position.

Abstract: A puzzle having a plurality of elements, each having a plurality of faces. When assembled, the faces form a plurality of puzzle sides that, when the elements are properly arranged and oriented, display a puzzle “solution” (e.g., each of the sides showing faces all having the same color). Each puzzle may have one or more solutions. The puzzle is preferably laid out so that it can be solved using mathematical and/or logical analysis and without the necessity of trial and error.

Abstract: A game device having a set of blocks and a tray. The blocks include pyramid-shaped recesses and the tray includes a complimentary set of pyramid-shaped protrusions that the blocks rest on. The blocks also include cylindrically-shaped guide recesses and the try includes complimentarily-shaped cylindrical guide protrusions. When a block is moved from one protrusion to another, a guide recess engages and pivots about a guide protrusion, which forces the puzzle to tip when being moved.

The first axis of each element is parallel and co-planar to the first axes of every other element. Similarly, the second axis of each element is parallel and co-planar to the second axes of every other element. The puzzle also preferably includes a case that restrains non-rotational movement of each element and a linkage that forces rotation of all other elements in any one row to rotate about their respective first axes when any one of the elements in that row is rotated about its first axis. The linkage also forces rotation of all elements a column to rotate about their respective second axes when any one of the elements in that column is rotated about its second axis.

Abstract: A puzzle preferably including a case and a plurality of elements contained therein, each having at least one recess (preferably six) formed thereon. Each of the elements is secured in a fixed position relative to the case and rotatable about at least two, and preferably three, perpendicular axes of rotation. Each of the plurality of elements has a starting position from which the element can be rotated about any one of the axes of rotation. Rotation of each element is limited to one of the axes of rotation when the element is not in the starting position. At least one insert (preferably one less in number than the total number of recesses in the elements) is provided. Each insert includes first and second opposing surfaces that are adapted to be received in any one of the recesses.
