  • Patent number: 12594686
Abstract: A lumber cutting and delivery system for use in assembling trusses on a truss table includes a saw for cutting a piece of material into pieces of a truss. A trunk conveyor system receives the pieces cut from the saw. The trunk conveyor system has a first conveying element to transport the pieces over a distance in a travel direction and an ejector for discharging the pieces from the first conveying element in a first discharge direction. A branch conveyor system is configured to receive the pieces discharged from the trunk conveyor system in the first discharge direction. The branch conveyor system has a main conveying element to transport the pieces.

  • Patent number: 11691310
Abstract: A lumber cutting and delivery system for use in assembling trusses on a truss table includes a saw configured to receive a piece of material therein. The saw is configured to cut the piece of material into one or more pieces and at different lengths and angles so that at least some of the one or more pieces are the components of at least one truss. A trunk conveyor system is positioned to receive the one or more pieces cut from the saw. The trunk conveyor system has a first conveying element to transport the one or more pieces over a distance in a travel direction and an ejector configured to discharge the one or more pieces from the first conveying element in a first discharge direction. A branch conveyor system is configured to receive the one or more pieces discharged from the trunk conveyor system in the first discharge direction. The branch conveyor system has a main conveying element to transport the one or more pieces.

  • Publication number: 20070152793
Abstract: A chip-type inductor comprising includes internal magnetic material, external magnetic material disposed on opposing sides of the internal magnetic material, and a conductor formed in a space between the internal and external magnetic material. The internal and external magnetic materials form a magnetic path along which magnetic flux of a magnetic field produced by current flowing along the conductor flows. According to at least one embodiment, the flow cross-sectional area of the magnetic flux in the internal magnetic material is at least substantially equal to a sum of the flow cross-sectional areas in the external magnetic materials.

  • Publication number: 20050013598
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and device of inserting a coated electric heating wire (6) into a hot water tube (2) and to an apparatus for a sealing plug mounted at an end (1a) of said hot water tube (2). An end of a hot water tube (2), normally laid out in a zig-zag form under the floor of a room to be heated, is pipe-fitted to an outlet tube (3a) of a pump (3c) through a guide tube (2A). Said coated electric heating wire (6) is inserted through a guide hole (2h) with a 20˜30 degree slant to the guide tube (2A) and is connected to a ball-type guide member (5).

  • Patent number: 6651306
Abstract: A truss manufacturing apparatus and method. The apparatus includes a conveyor for moving upper and lower chords thru a series of assembly stations of the apparatus. A board is inserted between the chords at one station and secured in place forming a trimmable end of a truss. One or more web boards can be inserted between the chords at a second station and secured in place by connector nail plates forming a opening in the truss for ductwork or the like. Metal web members are secured to opposite side edges of the truss at a third station to form a web between the chords. The chords are positioned in a generally vertical plane with one above the other in the apparatus and the board, web boards and web members are moved into position from one or both sides of the chords.
