Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and device of inserting a coated electric heating wire (6) into a hot water tube (2) and to an apparatus for a sealing plug mounted at an end (1a) of said hot water tube (2). An end of a hot water tube (2), normally laid out in a zig-zag form under the floor of a room to be heated, is pipe-fitted to an outlet tube (3a) of a pump (3c) through a guide tube (2A). Said coated electric heating wire (6) is inserted through a guide hole (2h) with a 20˜30 degree slant to the guide tube (2A) and is connected to a ball-type guide member (5).

Abstract: An apparatus for sealing an end portion of a hot-water tube in which electric heating wires are inserted enables electric heating wires in hot-water tubes to extend through to the outside, while preventing leakage of water from the hot-water tubes. A plug (3) is screw-connected to the end portion (1a) of a hot-water tube (1). A silicone cock (4) of an elastic material, through which coated electric heating wires (2) of the hot-water tube are placed, is inserted into the cylinder-like concave (3b) of the plug (3). A crown nut (5) is screwed onto the plug (3), pressing the cock (4) to enhance the water-tightness of the end portion of the hot-water tube and to allow the electric heating wires to be placed effectively from inside to the outside of the hot-water tube.

Abstract: An apparatus for heating rooms with electrically heated hot water tube, and a method therefor are disclosed. The apparatus for heating rooms with electrically heated hot water tube and a method therefor are constituted such that an electrically heating line made of copper and having a diameter of 0.3-0.5 mm is inserted into a hot water tube throughout the entire length thereof, so that the heating effect of the copper wire would replace the boiler and the hot water circulating means, thereby heating the rooms with a simple structure and with a convenience without loss of thermal energy.
