Abstract: A furniture device includes first and second leg frames pivotally connected to a main frame, and a slide rod inserted into and movable within the second leg frame. The second leg frame includes an elongate slot having first and second ends respectively proximate to and distal from the top end of the second leg frame. A securing unit has a fastening element extending through the slot and the slide rod and fixed to the main frame, and is operable to slide the fastening element to the first and second ends of the slot in unfolded and folded states of the furniture device, respectively. A locking unit is provided to lock the slide rod against movement when the fastening element moves to the first end of the slot.

Abstract: A lampshade assembly that includes a main cover body and a reflector shroud. The main cover body is formed with a light emanating portion that defines at least one opening. The reflector shroud is mounted on the cover body, and is disposed surroundingly about and is spaced apart from the light emanating portion to define a heat dissipating space. The lampshade assembly further includes a mounting unit attached to the cover body to hold the shroud.

Abstract: A picture frame system comprises a base, a flexible gooseneck extending from the base, a mount and a trim panel disposed at an end of the gooseneck away from the base. The gooseneck is a jointed, articulated tube with a resiliency sufficient to support a load defined by the mount, trim panel, and a picture. Optionally, a plurality of flexible goosenecks can extend from the base and each can have a different axial length. Also optionally, the mount and trim plate can be configured so that the trim panel is magnetically seatable on the mount for retaining the picture between the mount and the trim panel.

Abstract: A picture frame system comprises a base, a telescoping support coupled to and extending from the base, a mount and a trim panel supported at an end of the support away from the base. The support is comprised of at least first and second coaxially joined tubes. The second tube being axially moveable relative to the first tube. *The first and second tubes can be joined by one or more intermediate coaxially joined tubes. The support has sufficient rigidity to support a load defined by the mount, trim panel, and a picture. Optionally, a plurality of telescoping supports can be coupled to and extend from the base, and each can have a different axial length. Also optionally, the mount and trim plate can be configured so that the trim panel is magnetically seatable on the mount for retaining the picture between the mount and the trim panel.

Abstract: A stand lamp assembly includes a stand frame unit and auxiliary and main lamp units. The auxiliary lamp unit includes a night lamp disposed removably on a night lamp socket, a light sensor to control activation of the night lamp in accordance with ambient light conditions, and a sleeve disposed around the night lamp and having a rotatable cover body that can be opened to permit removal of the night lamp via an opening in the sleeve.

Abstract: A stand lamp assembly includes a stand frame unit, a main lamp unit, and an auxiliary lamp unit. The main and auxiliary lamp units are mounted on the stand frame unit. The auxiliary lamp unit includes a night lamp and a light sensor. The light sensor is connected to the night lamp, and controls activation of the night lamp in accordance with ambient light conditions.

Abstract: An overhead lamp includes a base, a support post assembly, a bowl-shaped lamp shade, and a lamp unit. The support post assembly has an upper end, and a lower end that is fixed on the base. The bowl-shaped lamp shade includes an annular opaque peripheral shade member that is attached to the upper end of the support post assembly and that has an inner periphery and an outer periphery, and a light-permeable central shade member. The central shade member has an outer periphery that is attached to the inner periphery of the peripheral shade member. The outer periphery of the peripheral shade member defines an upper end opening of the lamp shade. The lamp unit is disposed within the lamp shade, and can illuminate surroundings of the overhead lamp via the upper end opening and the central shade member of the shade upon activation.

The partition plate is formed with a cord hole. A socket member is disposed in the open accommodating space for mounting a light bulb thereon. An insulated conductive cord member has a first end portion connected electrically to the socket member, and a second end portion that extends into the closed accommodating space via the cord hole in the partition plate.
