The cap has a top portion and at least partially open bottom portion, where the cap is defined in part by an outer top portion, outer side portion, inner top portion, and inner side portion. The top portion of the cap has a tubing interconnect, and the tubing interconnect includes a passage therethrough. The cap includes one or more venting passages.
