Abstract: Methods and apparatus are disclosed for providing a roof guide, the method including: receiving, via an application on the mobile device of a user, a query related to one or more of a type of a roof and a type of damage to the roof; providing the query to a central server; retrieving, from the central server, at least one first roof image responsive to the query; receiving, via the application on the mobile device of the user, user input of a second roof image of a portion of the roof; and displaying, via the application on the mobile device of the user, the at least one first roof image and the second roof image.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus are disclosed for determining a subrogation score for a potential subrogation claim. The systems and methods described herein provide a user, such as a claims adjuster, with the tools to retrieve and communicate information related to one or more products likely to have caused a property loss. The systems and methods may further determine a subrogation score indicative of subrogation opportunity for a potential subrogation claim relative to the one or more products. The subrogation score may be based on information in at least one database. The subrogation score may be provided to the user such as an insurance carrier. The user may then decide whether to proceed with further investigative analyses (e.g., component testing of the one or more products) pursuant to a potential subrogation claim. Additional systems and methods disclosed herein facilitate the insurance carrier's submission of the one or more products for component testing.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus are disclosed for determining one or more characteristics of an object is described, the method including providing, via a graphical user interface on a mobile device, at least one tool from a virtual toolbox, the at least one tool including one or more of a roof gauge, level, ruler, flashlight, compass, and unit converter; identifying user selection of a given tool of the at least one tool; providing the given tool in response to the user selection; and determining, via the given tool, the one or more characteristics of the object. Abstract: Methods and apparatus are disclosed that include the actions of identifying a target geographic area affected by a disaster event, and identifying event characteristics; providing a database with an initial attribute of the target area; obtaining field data related to the disaster event; updating the database with the field data; generating an augmented attribute of the target area based on a synthesis of the field data in the database; storing a representation of the augmented attribute. The representation may be a visual representation, including an augmented map of the target geographic area based on the event characteristics. The initial attribute may include an initial map of the target geographic area. The initial attribute of the target geographic area may be obtained from a weather data system or from a social media platform. Other embodiments may include corresponding systems, apparatus, and computer program products.

An interactive map of the target geographic area may be identified. A selectable option for selection of at least one attribute may be provided, the at least one attribute including one or more of at least one radar characteristic based on data from weather radar, at least one event characteristic based on field data, data related to one or more objects in the target geographic area, at least one damage characteristic identifying potential damage to a given object, a damage likelihood, a damage level, and a confidence level associated with the damage assessment and indicative of confirmation of the field data. The selection of the at least one attribute may be identified. The selected at least one attribute may be provided with the interactive map.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus related to providing a damage assessment report. A geographic area potentially affected by an event may be identified. One or more objects in the geographic area may be identified. An aerial image of the one or more objects may be displayed via an interactive graphic display on a computing device. An option to select a given object of the one or more objects in the aerial image may be provided. Selection of the given object may be identified. A damage assessment report for the given object may be provided, the damage assessment report including image data from an aerial vehicle, and at least one damage characteristic for the given object based on the image data, the at least one damage characteristic identifying potential damage to the given object based on the event.
