  • Publication number: 20230175696
Abstract: An injector module includes an injector stem that extends along an injector longitudinal axis between an inlet end and an outlet end of the injector module. The injector module also includes a first fuel line of a first fuel circuit at least partly extending through the injector stem. The first fuel line has a first outlet disposed at the outlet end of the injector stem. The injector module further includes a second fuel line of a second fuel circuit at least partly extending through the injector stem. The second fuel line has a second outlet disposed at the outlet end of the injector stem. The first outlet and the second outlet are spaced apart and have different orientations relative to the injector longitudinal axis. The first fuel line is thermally coupled to the second fuel line.

  • Patent number: 7937982
Abstract: A hard disk destruction apparatus is presented having a penetrating point that is manually pressed against a hard disk. The point has an angled tip designed to penetrate the hard disk casing and deform the hard disk platters within. The manual pressing avoids the use of any electrical power or other fuel. In one described embodiment, a mechanical arbor press provides the necessary force. A transparent safety shield surrounds the hard disk during destruction. A restraint prevents upward movement of the hard disk when the point is extracted.

  • Publication number: 20060220272
Abstract: Process for forming an annular member by extruding a thermoplastic profiled strip at an elevated temperature. Prior to cooling the strip, the still-molten ends undergo in-line compression molding to form an annular member having a joint section. The cross-section of the annular member is continuous in the joint section and the remainder of the body. Preferably, the extrudate may contain a thermoplastic elastomer, more preferably a thermoplastic vulcanizate formed by a dynamic vulcanization process. During the extrusion and compression molding processes, the extrudate may be supported on a rotatable turntable, or alternately on a rotatable molding cylinder.

  • Patent number: 3980913
Abstract: A device for providing signals corresponding to rotation of a body having a magnetic sensor with a sensing pole positioned proximate to a tone wheel rotated by the rotating body. A permanent magnet is attached to the sensing pole and a signal voltage having a frequency proportional to the speed of the rotating body is induced in a coil surrounding the sensing pole. The sensing pole is made of square loop magnetic material and is shaped and arranged to cause the magnetomotive force difference between its pole face and the tone wheel to decrease as the air gap length between them decreases, thus causing the normally large change in sensor output with air gap length variation to be substantially reduced.
