The oven can also comprise a fan for circulating air within the oven cavity. The oven can also comprise a controller that can place the oven in an energy savings mode, when it detects that the oven is not in use. The controller can place the oven in energy savings mode by adjusting the speed of, or shutting off the conveyor, or by adjusting the amount of energy supplied to heating elements disposed within the oven.
