Abstract: A method and computer-readable medium for performing predictive name completion, categorizing call lists and accessing dispatch ID numbers in a database for dispatch dialers is provided. The method for performing predictive name completion includes recognizing a portion of a dispatch ID input by a user; determining a name associated with a dispatch ID, based on the portion of the dispatch ID input by the user, and displaying the name. The method for categorizing call lists includes determining a type of each of a plurality of the dispatch calls; and placing each of the plurality of dispatch calls in one of a plurality of categorized lists, based on the type of each of the plurality of dispatch calls. The method for accessing dispatch ID numbers in a database includes establishing a mirror database including the dispatch ID numbers; and searching the mirror database for particular dispatch ID numbers.

Abstract: A method and computer-readable medium for a dual dialer state machine are provided. The state machine allows a Radio Interface Layer (RIL) to make decisions on whether to allow calls to be initiated or terminated depending upon the type of call (interconnect or dispatch). The RIL uses the state machine to coordinate the functions of an interconnect phone application and a dispatch phone application.

Abstract: A communication module capable of simultaneously providing communication and positioning information is provided. The communication module includes a processor with an integrated positioning receiver. The processor transmits and receives communication information, such as interconnect voice, dispatch voice, or data, using a first transceiver. The integrated positioning receiver is coupled to a second transceiver to transmit positioning information.

Abstract: A process and apparatus for producing the 18F isotope from water enriched with the 18O isotope using high energy protons from a cyclotron. The apparatus has a cyclotron target cavity that is connected to a fluid loop that contains a water reservoir, pump, and pressure regulator. Water is continuously recirculated through the target cavity to increase reliability. After irradiation long enough to produce a desired amount of 18F, water in the target loop is diverted through an 18F extraction device before being returned to the target loop. The returning water may also be purified and additional water added to the target loop as needed to permit continuous irradiation and production of 18F.
