  • Patent number: 11526923
Abstract: A user mobile device includes a network interface, an input/output (“I/O”) device configured to exchange data with a user, the I/O device including a display device configured to present a graphical user interface to the user, an imaging device configured to generate image data; and a processing circuit. The processing circuit comprising a memory and a processor. The memory stores instructions that cause the processor to receiver user photograph data including multiple photographs of the user, determine an emotive state of the user in each of the photographs, categorize each photograph into at least a user positive emotion category and a user negative emotion category, receive spending behavior data, generate a user spending alert based on the spending behavior data including a photograph from at least one of the user positive emotion category and the user negative emotion category, and present the spending alert to the user.

  • Patent number: 11432149
Abstract: Disclosed are example methods, systems, and devices that allow for the generation and provisioning of digital credentials, which may demonstrate that a trusted entity has validated individual identity attributes, or sets of attributes, of a user. Digital credentials may also demonstrate one or more extrapolations resulting from deductions or inductions from validated identity attributes. A receiver device may indicate which identity attributes or extrapolations are sought by displaying a QR or other code and/or via a transmission using NFC or other wireless communication, and a user device may access corresponding digital attributes in an ID wallet to be provisioned via code or transmission. Digital credentials may restrict uses and usability of identity attributes. Cryptographic keys and/or distributed ledger records may allow recipients to verify authenticity of digital credentials. The same identity attribute may be proven by showing validation by multiple selectable trusted entities.

  • Patent number: 11182776
Abstract: Systems and methods relating to currency exchange and currency transfer are provided. A computer-implemented method includes receiving, by a provider computing system associated with an accounts provider, a customer request via a mobile wallet application on a mobile device associated with a customer. The customer request includes a currency transfer request from a mobile wallet held by the customer to a recipient. The method further includes identifying the recipient from the customer request and a partner accounts provider associated with the recipient, communicating with the partner accounts provider regarding the currency transfer, transferring an amount for the currency transfer from the mobile wallet to the partner accounts provider via an omnibus account held by the accounts provider on a distributed ledger, and transmitting a confirmation of the currency transfer to the customer.

  • Publication number: 20210224908
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for negotiating a suboptimal savings plan include a financial strategy database storing information associated with an optimal savings plan and at least one suboptimal savings plan, an account information database storing information associated with a financial account held by a customer, and a processing circuit. The processing circuit is structured to identify an opportunity for a suboptimal savings plan relating to the customer, receive information associated with a financial account held by the customer, generate a set of potential suboptimal savings plans based on the received information, provide the customer with the set of potential suboptimal savings plans, and set an accepted suboptimal savings plan as an active savings plan in response to the customer selecting one of the potential suboptimal savings plans.

  • Patent number: 10891629
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems and methods for matching a customer with a service representative. A request for service can be received from a customer. A first service interaction can be initiated between the customer and a first service representative. A customer sentiment metric can be determined during the first service interaction. The customer sentiment metric can indicate a level of customer satisfaction during the first service interaction. A second service representative suitable for fulfilling the customer's request for service can be identified, based at least in part on the customer sentiment metric. A second service interaction can be initiated between the customer and the second service representative, responsive to the identification of the second service representative.
