Patent number: 10868676Abstract: A method of securely serializing product units to provide a trusted basis for the recording of transaction events reflecting distribution actions within and between supply chain participant vendors. The method involves receiving vendor data including vendor public data descriptive of a given product unit, generating a unique serial number to be securely associated with the given product unit, the unique serial number including a public serial number and a unique nonce, generating a cryptographic hash of the unique serial number and the vendor public data, generating a cryptographic signature of the cryptographic hash using a predetermined private key, and returning marking data including the public serial number.Type: GrantFiled: March 19, 2020Date of Patent: December 15, 2020Assignee: DRKUMO INC.Inventors: Kelly D. X. Nguyen, Duc N. Pham

Publication number: 20190258986Abstract: A networked computer system that manages the collection, secure recording, and reporting of supply chain transactions within and between independent supply chain participants, including consumers. The system includes a platform controller, responsive to transaction requests from supply chain participants, that directs, subject to participant access verification, the creation of a blockchain record by a secure distributed ledger server node, where the record includes a supply chain unit unique serial number, a timestamp, transaction event data, and, optionally, private supply chain participant data. An access manager operates to perform participant access verification by securely verifying the identity of the supply chain participant making the transaction request.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 22, 2018Publication date: August 22, 2019Applicant: IDLOGIQ INC.Inventors: Kelly D. X. Nguyen, Duc N. Pham

Publication number: 20190258991Abstract: A supply chain management server system reports the distribution path of a product unit through a supply chain in response to a query request as provided by a supply chain participant computer system The request and included query parameters determine an initial secure hash value uniquely identified with a product unit. The server system iteratively retrieves blockchain records identified with a key secure hash value from a blockchain hosted by distributed ledger nodes. Each blockchain record stores the key secure hash value and a respective transaction event record. Select transaction event records store reference secure hash values. The key secure hash value is initially selected from the initial secure hash value and subsequently selected from the reference secure hash values. Distribution path data is collected from the retrieved transaction event records and returned as a report of distribution path of the product unit to the requesting computer system.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 22, 2018Publication date: August 22, 2019Applicant: IDLOGIQ INC.Inventors: Kelly D. Publication number: 20150170183Abstract: An incentive rewards program that enables an initiating participant entity to dynamically specify incentive rewards point values with respect to defined activities that may be variously performed by other participant entities and by consumers. These entities are nominally associated with vertically aligned business tiers including a retail operator tier. The initiating participant entity is nominally only indirectly associated with retail participant entities associated with the retail operator tier. Retail participant entities record transactions that associate incentive program account identifiers with identified defined activities. These transactions are largely autonomously retrieved, parsed and qualified against the defined activities specified by the initiating participant entity. Corresponding sets of reward points are allocated from an account corresponding to the initiating participant entity to accounts corresponding to the account identifiers recorded in the transaction records.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 18, 2013Publication date: June 18, 2015Inventors: Carlos I. Santaella, Yuri A. Tijerino, Justin A. Nguyen, Duc N. Pham

Publication number: 20080098237Abstract: A secure e-mail service, executable on a recipient e-mail server or associated computer system, implements inverted security control over recipient content stored by the recipient e-mail server. Recipient content is received in conjunction with e-mail messages transmitted directed to recipients from sender computer systems unassociated with the secure e-mail service. The secure e-mail service includes a policy engine that operates on e-mail messages, as received from a communications network, to evaluate metadata features of the message and select a corresponding encryption key. The service further includes a content processing engine that operates to encrypt a portion of the message in a manner that allows subsequent decryption of said portion using the selected encryption key. A service interface enables transfer of the e-mail message, including the portion as encrypted, to the recipient e-mail server, which supports access by the recipients.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 20, 2006Publication date: April 24, 2008Inventors: Trung T.
