    Abstract: The present inventive concept relates to a thin film type solar cell including a plurality of unit cells serially connected to one another on a substrate; and a light transmission part provided in the plurality of unit cells, wherein the light transmission part is provided in a discontinuous rectilinear structure including at least one disconnection part. According to the present inventive concept, since the light transmission part is discontinuously formed, the repetition characteristic of the light transmission part including a plurality of dot patterns may be reduced, thereby effectively solving a problem where a wave pattern such as a moire phenomenon occurs when light is passing through the light transmission part.

The thin film type solar cell includes a substrate, a first electrode disposed over the substrate and being apart from an adjacent first electrode by a first separation part, a semiconductor layer disposed over the first electrode and being apart from an adjacent semiconductor layer by a contact part and a second separation part, and a second electrode disposed over the semiconductor layer and being apart from an adjacent second electrode by the second separation part. The semiconductor layer contacts the substrate through the first separation part, and the second electrode contacts the first electrode through the contact part. A height of a burr produced in the second separation part is lower than a height between the first electrode and the second electrode.

The thin-film bandpass filter includes a substrate, a plurality of first capacitors formed on the substrate, each being electrically connected in series, at least one second capacitor electrically connected to branch terminals positioned between the plurality of first capacitors, an inductor electrically connected in parallel to the second capacitor, and a plurality of supports for propping up the inductor so that the inductor is separated a predetermined space above the substrate and/or the second capacitor. The first and second capacitors, respectively, include a first metal layer, a dielectric layer, and a second metal layer, all of which are sequentially formed on the substrate. The inductor is comprised of a predetermined pattern of a thin-film metal layer propped by the plurality of supports, to both ends of which are electrically connected to the first and second metal layers of the second capacitor, and suspended by the substrate and/or the second capacitor.

    Abstract: A micro-strip patch antenna for a radiotelephone transceiver includes a dielectric ceramic module for transmission and reception having a first ground plate, just one dielectric ceramic part for synchronizing frequencies, a conductive patch on the dielectric ceramic part for transmitting and receiving electromagnetic waves, transmission and reception power supply terminals projecting from different sides of the conductive patch. The antenna also has printed circuit board having a base, a second ground plate on the base to contact the first, and strip lines formed on the base so as to be adjacent but spaced from to the ground plates. The strip lines take care of impedance matching, and antenna provides for the use of a single channel power supply without modification.
