An example portable computer includes a first display on a lid of the portable computer, the first display to be deactivated when the lid is in a closed position; a second display distinct from the first display, the second display to be visible when the lid is in the closed position; instructions; and processor circuitry to execute the instructions to cause activation of the first display in response to a user interaction with the second display while the lid is in the closed position.

Abstract: Laptop computers with a movable accessory housing are described herein. An example laptop computer incudes a base, a lid moveably coupled to the base, a display carried by the lid, an arm pivotably coupled to the lid, and an accessory housing carried by the arm. The arm is pivotable to move the accessory housing between a first position in which the accessory housing is disposed along a bottom edge of the lid and a second position in which the accessory housing is disposed along a top edge of the lid.

The portion of the second display is multiple times longer in a third direction than in a fourth direction perpendicular to the third direction, the third direction extending parallel to an axis of rotation of the hinge.

Abstract: A monitor support assembly includes a base designed to rest on an ambient floor surface. An upright frame structure is spaced forward to the rear of the base and extends vertically upward from the base. The frame structure includes first and second vertical members and a top frame member that extends horizontally between the vertical members, A shroud assembly is mounted to the upright frame structure and includes a first central wall member and first and second additional wall members extending from the first and second lateral edges in the same direction. The first central wall member and the additional wall members form a receiving space. A mounting plate mountable to the rear surface of a displays screen is releasably supported by the upright frame structure within the receiving space. A depth dimension of the receiving space is sufficient to accommodate a display screen mounted via the mounting plate.

The example apparatus further includes a secondary display controller to render content via a secondary display of the portable computer in response to the analysis of the image data. The secondary display controller is to render the content on the secondary display while the lid of the portable computer is in the closed position and the primary display is turned off.
