  • Patent number: 11979488
Abstract: A method for generating a key stream according to an embodiment includes generating r round keys that are each N-dimensional integer vectors including elements of an integer set defined based on a prime number t, based on a random bit string, an encryption counter, and a secret key that is an N-dimensional integer vector consisting of elements of the integer set , generating a first round output vector x1 by performing a modular addition operation on an initial vector and a first round key RK1 of the r round keys with the prime number t as a modulus, and generating a key stream that is an N-dimensional integer vector consisting of elements of the integer set from the first round output vector x1 by using a second to r-th round keys of the r round keys, and one or more first round functions and a second round function.

  • Patent number: 10527883
Abstract: The present invention relates to a reflective polarizer and a backlight unit including same and, more particularly, to a reflective polarizer and a backlight unit including same which can display excellent and uniform brightness throughout the visible light wavelength range in the following manner. Regardless of the incident angle of incident light, a discordance in the refractive index in one particular direction is minimized, and the transmissivity of polarized light targeted within the visible light wavelength range is uniform. Thus, light transmitted through the reflective polarizer is not biased toward a particular wavelength range, and the exterior is not colorful or a particular color due to rainbow-colored light. Because the reflectivity of polarized light not targeted within the visible light wavelength range is significantly large, the light is not biased toward a particular wavelength range.

  • Patent number: 9952363
Abstract: A reflection-type polarizer according to the present invention has an improved bright line visibility phenomenon and a wider viewing angle, compared with a conventional dispersion-type reflection polarizer, and can maximize luminance improvement while minimizing optical loss. In addition, in connection with implementing a reflection polarizer, a group dispersion body can be formed through simple control, making it possible to maximize productivity improvement through process simplification.

  • Patent number: 9170355
Abstract: A reflective polarizer of the invention has excellent optical properties even though a very small number of polymer components per unit area is disposed inside a matrix thereof compared to reflective polarizers of the related art, which include birefringent polymer, since the polymer inside the matrix has a plate-like shape. This is advantageous for covering the entire range of visible light, since a plate-like polymer having a variety of optical thicknesses can be used. The additional processing of bonding the skin layer is not performed, since the skin layer is formed on at least one surface of the core layer in the state in which it is molten. This can greatly reduce manufacturing costs, and is advantageous in that it maximizes optical properties in a limited thickness.
