  • Publication number: 20230059420
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses for creating a modified atmosphere in a sealed enclosure. The systems, methods, and apparatuses may include an injector, a top sheet dispenser, a bottom sheet dispenser, and pallet wrapper. The top sheet, bottom sheet, and wrap sheet form the sealed enclosure. The injector may create a modified atmosphere in the sealed enclosure. The injector may include a stabilizing support bar and at least one nozzle formed at a right angle to the stabilizing support bar. The nozzle may be connected to a gas source for injecting at least one gas into the sealed enclosure. The nozzle may be connected to a vacuum source to remove air from the sealed enclosure. The system includes the use of modified atmosphere and various functional substances to sanitize, protect, preserve, or enhance perishable products.

  • Patent number: 10958391
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for communicating over a wireless communication network are disclosed herein. One example apparatus includes a memory that stores instructions. The apparatus further includes a processor coupled with the memory. The processor and the memory are configured to determine a total bandwidth for a transmission of a message, the total bandwidth including a plurality of tones. The processor is further configured to divide the plurality of tones in the total bandwidth into one or more 26-, 52-, 106-, 242-, or 996-tone blocks. The processor is further configured to determine an indication. The indication assigns one or more of the one or more tone blocks to a first wireless communication device. The apparatus further includes a transmitter configured to transmit the indication to at least the first wireless communication device or a second device.

  • Publication number: 20180083747
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described including determining one or more unfiltered CFOs, filtering the one or more unfiltered CFOs to identify a refined CFO based at least in part on the one or more unfiltered CFOs and a predetermined number of packets, modifying a transmission parameter based at least in part on the refined CFO, and transmitting a signal in a MU-MIMO environment based at least in part on the modified transmission parameter.

  • Publication number: 20060078075
Abstract: Techniques for performing data detection and decoding in a manner to account for guard subbands are described. A receiver obtains received pilot symbols for pilot subbands and received data symbols for data subbands. Channel estimates are derived based on the received pilot symbols with zeroed-out pilot subbands filled with zeros. Data detection is performed on the received data symbols with the channel estimates to obtain data symbol estimates. Estimates of noise and estimation errors due to the zeroed-out pilot subbands are derived. LLRs are then computed based on the data symbol estimates, the channel estimates, and the estimates of the noise and estimation errors. The LLRs are deinterleaved and decoded to obtain decoded data.

  • Patent number: 6448991
Abstract: A device adapted to recognize a color dye frame from a color ribbon (for use in a thermal printer) comprises a LED (light emitting diode) capable of producing white light, positioned so that the ribbon passes between the LED and a photo-transistor. The photo-transistor collects the light emitted by the LED as it passes through the color dye frame and generate a specific exit voltage associated with the color of the dye frame. An analog to digital converter transforms the voltage into a digital signal which is fed into a micro-computer. The micro-computer processes the digital signal by comparing the digital signal to a stored set of values associated with each color dye frame.
