  • Patent number: 9472511
Abstract: An ESD device that includes a gate and an n-drain region isolated from the gate and formed at least partially within an n-well region, which in turn is formed at least partially within a deep n-well region. The doping levels of the n-drain region, the n-well region and the deep n-well region are in a descending order. The ESD device has trigger and holding voltages, above the operation voltage of its protected circuit, which are layout-configurable by altering the distance between the n-drain and a side edge of the n-well region.

  • Publication number: 20120037608
Abstract: The disclosed technique relates to a heat-dissipating plate coupled to a cordless hair styler, and to a cordless hair styler. The heat-dissipating plate for a cordless hair styler comprises: a PCB heater for generating heat; and a rubber sealing member enclosing the PCB heater and which directly contacts the hair when applied thereto, which is not deformed by the heat generated by the PCB heater, and which has elasticity.

  • Publication number: 20090042234
Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel use of a transfected cell as a biosensor, wherein the transfected cell expresses a receptor specific to a bio-signal transmitter, and a highly sensitive detector and a highly sensitive detecting method of a bio-signal transmitter using the biosensor. The bio-signal transmitter detecting technique according to the present invention has an advantage of being applied to a sniffer-patch method, and is capable of providing millisecond time resolution for detecting nanomolar levels of the bio-signal transmitter to be detected.
