Patent number: 11797604Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprises an analytic server, which aggregates different accounts for a user. The analytic server queries data associated with the user. From the queried data, the analytic server determines the accounts and the account servers. From the account servers, the analytic server queries the transactions of the accounts. The analytic server generates an instance to aggregate the determined accounts and transactions. The analytic server further scans the user's email content to determine potentially unknown transactions. The analytic server compares the potentially unknown transaction from the email content with the transactions in the instance. If there is no match, the analytic server determines the account of the potentially unknown transaction from the email content is a new account that is not aggregated. The analytic server notifies the user regarding the new account and updates the instance to reflect the new account.Type: GrantFiled: September 6, 2018Date of Patent: October 24, 2023Assignee: Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance CompanyInventors: Durga Nagalla, Ryan White

Publication number: 20230239265Abstract: Systems and methods of operating smart notifications are disclosed. In one aspect, a method includes receiving, at a first time, a first request to transmit a first electronic message to a pilot account associated with an electronic device, and queuing the first electronic message without notification to the electronic device. The method also includes receiving, at a second time, a second request to transmit a second electronic message to the electronic device, and queuing the second electronic message without notification to the electronic device. The method further includes in response to identifying an end of the restricted period, transmitting, at a third time after the end of the restricted period, a third electronic message to the pilot account associated with electronic device, the third electronic message comprising an updated flight event in accordance with a first flight event and a second flight event.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 20, 2023Publication date: July 27, 2023Applicant: OneSky Flight LLCInventors: Durga Nagalla, Christopher Taggart, William Lanphear

Publication number: 20230230111Abstract: Embodiments described herein are related to systems and methods for forecasting demands for a transportation service. In one aspect, a set of neural network models may be implemented, where each neural network model can be configured to predict a booking status of a category of carriers on a corresponding date from a range of dates before a departure date. In one aspect, for each neural network model, a corresponding set of configuration values can be determined. Examples of the corresponding set of configuration values includes at least one of a number of layers, a number of neurons, and an activation function of the each neural network model. The set of neural network models can be constructed, according to corresponding sets of configuration values, and the constructed neural network models can be trained.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 17, 2023Publication date: July 20, 2023Applicant: OneSky Flight LLCInventors: Durga Nagalla, Michael Campobasso, William Lanphear, Tyler Wise, Zack Hagerty, James Blake

Patent number: 11496490Abstract: A method and device for providing notification of improper access to secure data on a mobile device. The mobile device detects a request to record content displayed on a display of the mobile device. A determination is then made regarding whether the content that was displayed on the screen when the request to record was received is protected content. If the displayed content was protected, then a third party is notified that a security breach has been detected. A remedial action is also performed regarding the security breach.Type: GrantFiled: December 2, 2016Date of Patent: November 8, 2022Assignee: Bottomline Technologies, Inc.Inventors: Alexander Deeb, Durga Nagalla

Patent number: 10509951Abstract: A method and system for authenticating users accessing financial accounts from user terminals via multi-factor image authentication. The system includes an authentication server and a user terminal. The method captures a first facial image of a user and compares this image with stored facial recognition credentials. The method prompts the user via a facial gesture cue to make a facial gesture, captures a second facial image of the user, and compares the second image with stored facial gesture credentials. The user is authorized to perform a transaction in the event the first facial image matches a facial recognition credential for an authorized account, and the second facial image matches a facial gesture credential associated with the authorized account. Facial gesture credentials may be based upon static gestures or dynamic gestures, and may be overt or secret. An additional authentication factor may employ a secondary biometric sensor.Type: GrantFiled: July 10, 2019Date of Patent: December 17, 2019Assignee: Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance CompanyInventor: Durga Nagalla
