Abstract: An insulating container assembly can be configured to retain beverages and/or foods. The insulated container can include one of a plurality of container projections or grooves. A lid assembly can include one of a plurality of skirt grooves or projections, corresponding to the plurality of container projections or grooves of the insulated container. The lid assembly may be configured to lock in place on the container by engaging the plurality of skirt grooves or projections with the container grooves or projections when in the locked position.

A compressible support member may be placed to between a bottom wall of the outer shell and a bottom wall of the inner shell to help form a planar bottom wall of the inner shell when the vacuum cavity is formed.

Abstract: An insulating container can be configured hold a wine bottle or other bottles that includes an outer shell and an inner shell. Abstract: A leak resistant lid assembly for a beverage container where the lid assembly has a straw or similar means for a user to drink liquid is disclosed. The lid assembly may include a base, a straw that extends through the base, a gasket, and a grommet. The base may have a primary opening that receives the straw and a secondary opening in the top of the base, where the secondary opening acts as a vent to prevent a vacuum from occurring when drinking from a straw. The grommet may have a spiral ring may help create a flow path for air from inside the beverage container to the exterior environment.

Abstract: A bowl may include an outer body having a bottom configured to support the bowl on a surface, a circular foot removably affixed to the bottom by mechanical means, adhesive, or friction fit, an inner body wherein the inner body is connected to an upper edge of the outer body wherein the upper edge of the outer body is welded to the lip of the inner body, and an internal cavity wherein the internal cavity is formed by the outer body and inner body, and wherein the internal cavity is insulative.
